The shearing of planks into listels, the application of glues and the assembly of the panel's core are all mechanically processed, while continuously monitored by our specialized personnel.

The control and selection of listels, the elimination of loose knots, rounded pieces or blue-toned poplar and the verification of the core's width are all conducted with care.

Each individual core il checked and potential defects corrected.

Finally, each production lot is registered and identifed to allow eventual tracing & controls.
